Remove lid
Remove lid, set to one side and remove foil covering. Remove and open fork.
Remove adhesive
Remove adhesive label from foil on bottom cup.
microwave
Place cup (with sealed foil) in microwave at 600 watts for approximately 30 seconds.
shake
Remove cup and shake.

Heat a further 30 seconds in microwave. Then carefully remove the cup from the microwave and remove the covering foil.
dip
Use the fork to directly dip the meat in the dipping sauce or conversely pour the sauce over the meat and enjoy.
